7. Specific Treatment of Chatbot Conversations
Our Site includes a chat tool with artificial intelligence components, internally developed by Influx Network. By interacting with this tool, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Conversations may be recorded and stored for customer service, quality analysis, service improvement, and training of internally used AI models.
- The artificial intelligence may generate automated responses that are not always accurate. For important matters, a member of the Influx Network team will review and follow up on your inquiry.
- We recommend not sharing sensitive information (passwords, financial data, health information, third-party personal data) during the conversation.
