    Two weeks. Interviews with leadership, ops, and finance. Inventory of vendors, contracts, and recurring incidents. We leave with a current-state document you can hand to a new CFO.

    Roadmap

    We deliver a written 3-year roadmap with sequenced initiatives, dependencies, costs, and the risk of doing nothing on each line.

  3. Step 03

    Vendor selection & negotiation

    When a renewal or RFP comes up, we run the process — scoring matrix, reference calls, pricing pressure. You sign; we don't take vendor commissions.

  4. Step 04

    Quarterly check-ins

    90-minute sessions every quarter to update the roadmap, review what shipped, and reset priorities.
